We built this because we believe finding a life partner should feel like a shared journey — not a transaction or a form-filling exercise.
The spark
It started with a simple observation: the way Indian families search for a life partner has not kept up with how Indian families actually live.
We watched friends spend hours on matrimony portals, scrolling through hundreds of profiles with no sense of why any of them might be a good match. We watched parents feel left out of the process — or take over entirely. We watched people treat something deeply personal like a filter-and-swipe exercise.
And we kept asking ourselves: why is this so stressful? Why does finding a life partner — something that should be joyful — feel like a chore?
We did not find an answer. So we decided to build one.
